Good place with free wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me print important documents during my first stay, nice. I highly recommend coming back for Christmas!

It was a quiet hotel, we enjoyed it. The stuff where professional at all times. The experience was very enjoyable, will come back.

The location is good and excellent and so close to several restaurants and the Eastern Iowa Airport and the surrounding area and food places. The place to have dinner just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel is Casey's General Store.

The bed provided a surprisingly comfortable night's sleep.

The noise level was unbearable, with slamming doors and loud conversations echoing through the walls. The shower was filthy, with hair remnants in the sink, and the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, indicating a lack of proper housekeeping.

The staff was super helpful, especially Danielle, who offered us a great deal for our team. The room wassuper clean and cozy. The location is convenient with easy access to restaurants. A solid choice for teams and groups 😊

Coffee was awful (and we heard this from a number of guests). No-slip strips in the tub were far too sandpapery.

The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. I appreciated the relatively convenient location for accessing nearby amenities. The staff were polite and tried to assist where they could.

Or toilet clogged and when we asked for maintanenced they said come down get a plunger we were shocked...

The smoking rooms could be freshened up with a room spray like some other hotels/motels do. I am a smoker but would like the room to be refreshed. I carry my own spray to help.

Alvin at reception was great, the customer comes first, give him a bonus!. The rooms were clean but the bed was a bit ordinary. Two satchets of real coffee would be good in the rooms? Location is good, easy to find for travellers. Access to meals close by was good. Cheers.

The front desk staff greeted me with smiles and made the check-in process quick, which I appreciated. The orthopedic memory mattresses provided a comfortable sleep, much better than expected for a budget motel. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. There were a few issues like the window in my ground floor unit that didn't close properly, raising security concerns. The hallway carpets could use a change since the black color showed every bit of dirt. This place offers good value for budget travelers, but addressing some maintenance and cleanliness issues would significantly improve the experience.

Non smoking room, but large burns on bedspread. Room floor was dirty and had not been vacuumed. We stayed for two nights and when the room was cleaned after the first night, all of the garbage was left untouched. There were more cigarrette butts then rocks in the outside bushes and parking lot (looked like it had not been picked up in years). The orange juice as almost black in the morning, but the customer service rep tried to tell me it was ok and sometimes orange juice gets dark (again orange - not apple) - really??
